Desktop Support Engineer

Experience:
Must have min 1-3 years’ experience in IT Support
Good to have IT helpdesk /IT support experience

Technical Skills:
· L1 or L2 in IT Support
· Understanding of computer hardware and networking systems.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (emails, Excel)

Soft Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good time management and organizational skills
