Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong vendor management, operations, and outsourcing expertise to manage vendor performance and strategic partnerships.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of relevant professional experience
4+ years of vendor management experience in large-scale operations
Experience managing vendor KPIs, SLAs, contract negotiations, and performance improvement
Knowledge of outsourcing partnerships, including legal, financial, and technology aspects
Financial services vendor management experience is an advantage
Strong program management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
Project and process management experience, including Lean Six Sigma, is preferred
IAOP certification is an advantage
