Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects
• Collaborate with InfoSec, IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and third-party solution integration.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 8–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3–5 years in cybersecurity-related projects.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains: threat management, data protection, IAM, cloud security.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required.
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Attributes:
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into actionable business plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale security programs in enterprise environments.
