Job Description:
Prudential is expanding its Global Capability Centre and looking for experienced Market Delivery Leads to manage technology capability expansion across multiple markets in Asia and Africa.
Key Skills & Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Transition, or Operations
Hands-on experience in Technology Transition and Migration
Experience with Global Capability Centres (GCC), Shared Services, or Global Business Services
Strong Commercial and Stakeholder Management skills
Experience working across multiple countries
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with market technology leadership.
Drive technology discovery, transition, and migration activities.
Build scope registers covering roles, capabilities, costs, and delivery risks.
Coordinate with Finance on cost baselines and business benefits.
Manage knowledge transfer, shadowing, dual running, and cutover.
Ensure smooth transitions and service continuity.
Coordinate with HR and stakeholders across multiple countries.
