Key Requirements:
Strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration and Architecture (12c, 18c, 19c).
Experience with Oracle RAC implementation and Data Guard.
Expertise in large-scale database migration with minimal downtime.
Database performance tuning and SQL optimization.
RMAN backup and recovery.
Oracle GoldenGate replication and database security.
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and database migration.
Exadata / ExaCC implementation.
Capacity planning and enterprise database solution design.
Additional Requirements:
Strong communication and solution articulation skills.
